Book an online Triage Session for your client.

Once the Approved PO from ACC is received, lead Providers need to book an online triage session for their client.

Upon booking, you will receive an immediate confirmation email, and within 48 hours, both you and your client will receive an email from my Cliniko business email containing a telehealth link for your selected time and date.

If the client wishes to reschedule the appointment, you will need to go to the original confirmation email you received at the time of booking and push the reschedule button.

You are warmly invited to join the online triage session if your client would like your support. Regardless, the session link will be sent to you as confirmation that the appointment is scheduled. On the day of the triage session, your client simply needs to click the link in the email and enable audio and video—I'll be there to greet them. If your client experiences any difficulties connecting, please reassure them not to worry. I will personally call them if they are not logged on within five minutes of the scheduled time.

The online triage session offers an opportunity to go through the group program and address any questions your client may have. Should you have any further queries or require assistance, please feel free to reach out.
