This one-day retreat offers ACC clients a gentle, trauma-informed space to reconnect with calm, confidence, and self-expression. Through guided interaction with our therapy horses and a structured creative art process, participants learn new ways to regulate emotions, release stress, and build inner strength. Supported by experienced facilitators, this day provides a grounding and empowering experience that promotes healing, self-awareness, and wellbeing.
